Q1: When I am using the Chrome browser and on Mobile, during the checkout from Cart.. Clicking on "Check out" button, is not showing the Razorpay screen for next steps. Why?

ANSWER: This is a known problem with Shopify and Razorpay interface, we are working with them to resolve this issue. Meanwhile, there are 2 options you may try to complete your transactions.

  1. You may close the Cart screen, after pressing "Check out" button, the Razorpay screen will be available now. It is displayed in backside of the Cart screen. You may proceed with the Razorpay payment steps and complete your payment/transaction. OR
  2. You can start your Chrome browser in "New incognito" mode and enter www.gardenmonk.co.in the address section to go to our website, then choose your products into your cart, then proceed to checkout, this issue will not appear during the checkout section using the Cart.
